How the machine works: The machine runs an initial rolling to fit the sheet metal to the last and to rivet the nails, than it goes around the external edge to round off the corner.
While the machine rolls the left last, the operator can unload and load the right one, thus ensuring work continuity.
The machine features preset programs for flattening all currently available metal sheets on the market. The programs, one independent right and one left, can be easily modified by the operator via touch screen terminal, should the metal sheet geometry be customized. When changing shoe size, it is sufficient to calibrate the new machine zero point (approximately 20 seconds) using a reference laser beam.
The vises, one right and one left, are mounted on recirculating ball bearings and their movement is motorized, making it easy, smooth, and quick to follow. Another feature of the machine is absolute silence during work phases.
