NL-SDF1 HS+ is a brand new machine for the milling, in a single work cycle, of the right or left model of the last, starting from a roughed block.
The “dovetail” clamping system on the comb of the last enables complete machining within the machine—including the toe and the heel—and eliminates all risks of model deformation caused by the clamping pressure of tailstocks or their manual removal.
The NL-SDF1 HS+ allows for the high-precision reproduction of a right or left last from a .FRV™ file, both in the original sample size and across the entire size range.
During the machining phase, it is also possible to process the grading of the next size or a different model. SDF technology is a Newlast Italia patent.
