Newlast always guarantees its assistance and its availability to provide a suitable solution for restoring the machine functioning in the first 10 years from its installation, in addition to a 24-month guarantee on the numerical control, motors and drives and to a 12-month guarantee on the rest of the machine, including the replacement of the original defective parts.
For machines with more than 10 years of life, considering their electrical/electronic components obsolescence, Newlast has developed a specific department to offer a targeted service. The department aim will be to study specific solutions in the event of a fault looking for the most suitable components on the market. If they are no longer available, the department will study the possible modifications to adapt them in order to restore the machine correct functioning without dismissing it.
This specific service will be reserved to the customers who will subscribe to the ANN-CARD assistance package, together with the opportunity to achieve a special discount on Newlast qualified technicians’ interventions/assistance and on the supply of spare parts.
