NL-MOD4RF

Newlast has developed a line of machines for Rough-milling and Finishing lasts to be used in Modelling and/or Production:
NL·MOD4RF for 2 pair of lasts
In a work cycle in the automatic mode it is possible to rough-mill and finish one or two pairs of plastic or wood lasts.
In these machines you will find all the advantages of the Newlast Numerical Control Roughing and Finishing Machines.
The NL·MOD4RF, is equipped with the new EASYLAST2001 ™ Numerical Control, which makes it possible to produce pieces from files with a .MOD ™ extension with great precision, both in the original cut as well as in developing all of the other cuts with total repeatability.
The work program can be executed in various modes:
Only rough-milling (with several passes)
Only finishing
Rough-milling and finishing
When milling with the machine it is also possible to calculate the development of the next cut to be made.
The NL·MOD4RF is also equipped with a foldaway system, which lets you position templates on the lasts carrier, in a precise and repeatable way. These characteristics, combined with theexceptionally strong structure of the machine, make it possible to use plastic templates and blocks of wood a lot bigger than the final model, thanks to the incredibly high milling capacity of the rough-milling heads.
On the NL·MOD4RF you will also find the new, powerful Numerical Control EASYLAST2001™ , which makes the machine very easy to use, even for inexpert operators.
